We’re are looking for a creative Content and Brand Manager to join our growing Marketing team. Working closely with our CEO and Head of Marketing, you´ll play a critical role in our organic marketing efforts, bringing Tymit´s brand and product value proposition to life through compelling written content and visual storytelling. 

In this role, you’ll lead the charge in growing our brand awareness through engaging and educational content that drives traffic and customer growth. Your core focus will be on content creation and daily execution of our social media channels and blog, but you’ll ultimately wear many hats, supporting a wide breadth of marketing initiatives.

During your time at Tymit you will  

Content 

  • Develop a short and long-term strategy of engaging content including blog and social media posts, video, how to’s, in-app content, infographics, and webinars. 
  • Write persuasive copy that informs, educates, inspires, and attracts new users.  
  • Ensure online content supports SEO goals and brand guidelines.  
  • Create and manage a network of contributors, enabling us to source content from subject matter experts across the industry on a regular basis. 
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, including Product, Design, and Operations teams to tell our story for new features releases and product improvements.  
  • Champion a data-driven approach to content, using customer insight and metrics to measure content effectiveness and drive decision making. 
  • Keep up to date with industry best practices and monitoring content activities of competitors in the lending, fintech industries.  

Brand 

  • Own and evolve the brand voice for Tymit, speaking to actual and potential users. 
  • Work with the Head of Marketing to create the optimum balance of commercial performance and brand engagement across the entire marketing mix.  
  • Ensure that brand messaging, Tymit´s brand voice, and audience experience is consistent across all platforms.  

Social Media 

  • Develop and execute our social media content strategy, calendar, and voice for all social channels, executing ideas that drive traffic and engagement. 
  • Create unique pieces of content (blog, community, video) to increase brand mentions and social media engagement. 
  • Use LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and other channels to amplify interest around our product offering and employer brand.  

Community & Events 

  • Moderate the Tymit´s community and social platforms and interact with the community to increase positive engagement. 
  • Explore new community-friendly platforms to facilitate the expansion of Tymit´s user base.  
  • Organizing online and offline events and meetups to position Tymit´s brand and our product value proposition.  
  • Monitor competitors, market, and communities' activities to highlight best practices, emerging trends, activation ideas. 

 

What you will bring along 

  • You have 5+ years' experience creating content, growing, and managing multiple social channels for a brand or editorial media outlet. 
  • You are a content creator at heart with stellar copywriting skills and a knack for storytelling.  
  • You are up to date with the latest social media best practices and newest brand trends, you’re the first to test out new platforms and features when they launch, and you follow best-in-class brands to stay inspired. 
  • You are an excellent written and verbal communicator who presents ideas clearly, concisely, and with context. 
  • You bring an innate curiosity, and ability to think creatively, with a good balance of strategic thinking. 
  • You understand how to connect with an audience, using data to help shape strategy and deliver more of what your audience wants. 
  • You are comfortable working at a very fast pace, thrive in ambiguity, and embrace the scrappiness of an early-stage start-up environment. 
  • You have a strong desire to contribute to the success of Tymit’s growth plans. 
  • You have entrepreneurial DNA with the desire to solve problems whilst wanting to inspire and share your knowledge and passion for FinTech. 

 

Compensation & Perks 
💰The salary range of this role is £ 40,000 – £ 50,000 per annum depending on experience.  
📈Stock options.

🏡You’ll be able to benefit from a work from home policy. Currently, Tymit is working fully remote and all employees have the option to remain working from home until at least the end of 2020.
