These tasks are waiting for you:

  • You provide our dealers and end customers with a service-oriented 2nd line support by telephone and e-mail
  • You ensure the satisfaction of customers and users of Klarna in Germany
  • You are responsible for self-responsible and efficient fault analysis and problem solving for support requests
  • You prepare customer requests and forward them to the relevant departments as required
  • You are the interface between our customers and our specialist departments
  • You bring the customer feedback to constantly improve our processes
  • You are responsible for administrative office and project activities

You should bring this:

  • A successfully completed commercial training or an education as a foreign language correspondent
  • A distinct customer and service orientation
  • A very good communication skills as well as a team-oriented and independent working method
  • A high affinity to the medium Internet as well as e-commerce and very good MS-Office knowledge
  • You go to work with fun and you have organizational skills
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
