Blacksmiths Technology Ltd is a start-up FinTech building innovative Open Banking software solutions. Our product, OnLedger, connects organisations directly to banks so that they may unlock the benefits of interconnected financial data.

We are bringing a unique technology approach to the market to solve the Open Banking challenges faced across a wide number of segments and as such we are seeking a Sales Director to head up and execute our direct B2B go to market strategy. In return, we can offer a mix of kindling salary, sales commission, and share options.

We are a team of artisans and craftspeople. We are looking to build a sustainable boutique software business which provides unique value and great service to its clients.

We're looking for someone who can help us:

  • Develop and implement a sustainable go-to market strategy
  • Take ownership of our B2B direct sales cycle, including lead generation and account management
  • Develop lasting and productive conversations with prospects, remote and in person, to understand their Open Banking challenges, opportunities and recommend solutions
  • Establish and monitor our sales processes and pipeline
  • Build a sales team
