With continued growth and increasing complexity our need for efficient processes and system support becomes pivotal. Now we are looking for an analytical and socially skilled individual, with a strong business and system acumen to join our Global Optimization and Analytics organisation as Business System Expert at our HQ in Stockholm.

The Global Optimisation and Analytics team is globally responsible for operational optimisation and development for Klarna’s Operation and Service Center, an organisation with more than 1000 people. Our job is to enable operational efficiency, scalability and quality while always putting customer satisfaction first. The team consists of business analysts, business process experts, business solutions experts and software developers with different areas of expertise but at least two shared attributes: drive and talent.

Dynamics of the Role
As a Business Solution Expert you’ll play a central role to enable a scalable, efficient and customer centric operation and a streamlined system landscape. More specifically you will be responsible for:

  • Enable business process needs by drive implementation and continuous improvements of systems in line with the Service Center IT strategy
  • Drive realization of the IT strategy, e.g.
    • Implementation and roll out of standardized solutions
    • Exploring new technologies
    • Driving system consolidation/decommission
  • Vendor management
  • Identify and drive continuous improvements and best practice for Service center system landscape
  • Maximizing utilization and minimize total cost of system ownership

Who you are
If you are still reading, it is more than likely that you have a degree in engineering, computer science or similar with a minimum of three years of relevant work experience including requirement analysis, IT vendor management, system implementation and re-engineering projects as well as user experience design. You have a great interest in understanding the business needs and preferable experience of process design as well as project, stakeholder and change management. You are analytical combined with excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with different levels in an organization.
