As an Application Support Manager for CRM, you will lead a team in supporting and maintaining our CRM platform within live environments. You will oversee our D365 platform and deliver on projects, to help improve Metro Bank’s capabilities. You will support your colleagues with all ticketing queries, so they can continue to utilise our technologies and create fans
So what will you be doing…
• Nurturing and inspiring a team of analysts who specialise in D365• Supporting and maintaining Metro Bank’s CRM platform• Monitoring and configuring issues that arise on D365• Documenting procedures and making sure current procedures are up to date• Resolving all third line issues relating to our CRM• Delivering key projects to help us improve our capabilities to create fans

• Understand the risks associated with your job and what that means for you, Metro Bank and all our stakeholders• You need to have leadership experience within production support, looking after core business applications• To be amazing in this role, we need you to have in-depth knowledge on D365, and Azure• In order to excel in this role, you will be able to demonstrate good automation and configuration skills• We would love for you to be able to showcase your ability to deliver on deployments and solve problems• It would be wonderful if you have experience working within the financial services sector but this is not essential
