Job Description

Klarna Group

Klarn's goal is clearly defined: we want to become the world's most popular way to shop online. We create this by developing smart payment solutions that simplify shopping.

In 2014, we teamed up IMMEDIATELY and created the Klarna Group, Europe's leading provider of alternative payment solutions.

Klarna Group employs more than 1,500 people and operates in 14 markets. Over 60 million online shoppers use our services and we work with 70,000 merchants.

To continue our success story, we are always on the lookout for motivated and creative colleagues who have fun in helping to shape the future of the digital buying and paying experience.

These tasks are waiting for you:

  • You can take care of the professional support of our large existing customers as part of the embedding of our e-commerce payment options in online shops and ERP systems
  • You are the sovereign partner for the optimization of the integration of our payment methods with our most important existing customers. In doing so, you will be responsible for the project control from conception to acceptance
  • With a trained eye for user friendliness, you can analyze how the connections of our service solutions can be improved
  • You play a key role in the cooperation between our sales, customer service and product development - we build on your analytical skills, your sense of detail and your holistic understanding of e-commerce processes

You should bring this:

  • A successfully completed technical or economically oriented course (business informatics, economics with technical impact or similar) or an equivalent education
  • A strong technical know-how and profound knowledge in project management
  • A fast perception, excellent organization skills as well as an analytical and solution-oriented work style
  • Relevant experience with web technologies and their interfaces, usually experiences with common shop or content management systems
  • A sure appearance and convincing, communicative skills
  • Very good knowledge of German and English

And that's what we offer:

  • Working in an international, high-growth company
  • A varied and dynamic work environment
  • State-of-the-art office and IT equipment
  • Flexible structures, short decision paths and flat hierarchies
  • Exceptional team events and other benefits

We are looking forward to receiving your application, including your cover letter, your CV and your certificates, stating your salary expectations and the earliest date of entry through our online portal.
