These tasks await you:

  • You will be responsible for a proactive and targeted expansion of our market position of our online payment system on the Polish market
  • You will work within Sales, partner and key account management
  • You will have personal responsibility for the acquisition of important national key accounts and coordination within the company of international key accounts
  • You will take care of the on-going support of our product management to optimize and adapt to the new markets
  • You will create market and potential analyses for the identification of specific market characteristics
  • You will implement image-enhancing projects and national press activities
  • You will establish new relationships with external partners (associations, agencies, shop system manufacturers, payment service providers) in collaboration with other departments
  • You will organize and participate in conferences and trade fairs
  • You will cooperate closely with the development, distribution and sales departments
  • You will incorporate customer feedback as a means for continuous improvement
  • You are responsible for office administration and project activities in coordination with the German headquarter
  • You are reporting directly to the International Sales Director and later to the Country Manager Poland

 

What we expect from you:

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or similar training
  • You have an affinity for sales and e-commerce (ideally payments) with sales experience
  • You posses good organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • You are highly customer service oriented and have strong communication skills
  • You have good negotiation skills and assertiveness in dealing with business partners
  • You have a strategic and entrepreneurial mind set
  • You are fluent in Polish and English, German is an advantage
  • You are willing to travel
