One of the key success factors of our business is our constant strive to get to know them better and help them develop their business. In order to make this job even better we are now looking for a top achieving and ambitious sales individual to take on the role of a Senior Key Account Manager working towards the Nordic market and located in our HQ in Stockholm.

As a Key Account Manager you will be responsible for a number of Klarna’s bigger accounts including some of the newly acquired merchants in the vehicle inspection industry. You will help us to further grow our relationship with their business by proactively identifying and quantifying new opportunities and improvements related to our products and offering. You will take a consultative approach to gain a clear understanding of the merchant’s business drivers and requirements in order to find potential for us to grow with them. While focusing on cross and upselling you will strive to teach our clients about their own business from our perspective and guide them to increase conversion rates and sales volume all over Nordics and beyond.

Your background
To develop the kind of strong merchant relationships we aspire towards, we see that you:

  • work with complex solution sales and have about 4-5 years of experience from a similar Key Account Manager position;
  • are used to long sales cycles and solutions tailored to the customer’s specific needs;
  • are accustomed to working towards business leaders on top management level and your track record will support that you did a great job;
  • are a strong relationship builder and navigate your way smoothly inside your own organisation;
  • communicate effortless in both Swedish and English.

You may have experience from the financial sector, the payments industry or from selling complex IT related solutions. and. Listening to your customer and always being a few steps ahead with new suggestions, challenges and improvements is your key to success. Here at Klarna it is important to get things done and we expect you to be able to switch easily between strategic and operational tasks. More than that you probably have a higher education within economics or other relevant fields.
