KLARNA: Our journey has taken us from a small Swedish payments company to a global player that influences the biggest brands out there. We have 1500 employees, serve 45 million consumers and work with 65,000 merchants. At the core of Klarnas services is the concept of after delivery payment, which lets buyers receive ordered goods before any payment is due. We assume the credit and fraud risk so that retailers can rest assured they will receive their money and consumers enjoy a simple and fluid online experience. 

As part of our global expansion and continued growth, we are looking for a tech savvy leader to join the Klarna group as Manager for our UK & NL Integrations Team. The team's primary focus is the integration and support of Klarnas Medium to Enterprise size merchants.

 

Role:

The Manager, Integrations UK/NL primary responsibility is managing the team that assists merchants with integrating Klarna into their checkout. Klarna works with merchants with annual revenues from 1 million a year to over a billion dollars.

  • Coordinate with merchants on the kickoff of an implementation project
  • Mentor, staff and manage a team of implementation engineers
  • Working with key stakeholders across Klarna
  • Collaborating with product teams to ensure synergy between departments  
  • Escalate issues where appropriate to sales and other internal stakeholders
  • Lead daily standups and bi-weekly resource planning meetings

Person:  

  • Has experience within a fast paced, evolving or changing environment
  • Strong internal relationship skills and can manage internal stakeholders effectively
  • Has a structured, analytical approach to create logical and meaningful action plans
  • A holistic mindset to the role, supporting the businesses visions

 

Experience:

  • 3 years minimum experience in a leadership position
  • Has worked in a technical sales role, has the war scars and can lead from the front
  • eCommerce Platform experience (i.e. Magento, Shopify, Custom eCommerce platforms) would be beneficial but not essential
  • Experience in working within a multi-functional team, uniting disparate groups across engineering, product management, and sales

  

Problem solving, meeting tight deadlines and achieving results are critical. You will be working closely with the merchant’s technical team from the initial implementation of Klarna through ‘go-live’ and post go-live QA until the merchant is satisfied with the implementation.
