We are the leading mobile point of sale (mPOS) provider in Europe. 5 years ago we started to build SumUp from the ground up. Our goal was to shake up the card payment industry and to arouse the entrepreneur in everyone. We created a unique device that allows the phone, which is already in the pocket, to accept a way for small traders everywhere making payments. Whether our dealers are brewing coffee or repairing cars, we create technology that is easy to use so our dealers can continue with what you do best. From paperless registration to the first payment, we keep it easy. Traditional card payment providers neglect small businesses, we do not. We pursue an open and honest price policy and have no hidden costs. SumUp is now active in 16 countries, including Germany, UK and Brazil, and employs over 400 people worldwide.
In addition to our proprietary hardware, mobile app and web applications, we have developed a set of APIs and SDKs that allow for intergovernmental card payment in other apps and services.

Your tasks:

  • You take care of the questions and concerns of our German customers by telephone and by e-mail
  • You actively work on the optimization of all customer-oriented processes in order to further increase the satisfaction of our customers
  • You work closely with other departments, including sales and marketing, and supports them if necessary
  • You are part of an international, multilingual team.

  • You have very good German language skills
