Your tasks:

  • You take care of the questions and concerns of our German Kassensystem customers on the telephone and via e-mail and accompany them during the training.
  • You actively work on the design and optimization of all customer-oriented processes in order to further increase the satisfaction of our customers.
  • You work closely with other departments, especially sales and marketing, and supports them when necessary.
  • You are part of a small international, multilingual team.

REQUIREMENTS

Your profile:

  • You have very good German language skills and can communicate in English.
  • You are a real communication salary, serenity and patience belong to your strengths.
  • You have a friendly nature and a high degree of empathy.
  • Service and customer satisfaction are important to you.
  • You are curious and persistent when it comes to understanding and solving technical and operational problems.
  • You have a very strong time management.

  • You can work well with the PC or Mac, find yourself in apps and web portals always quickly and it is easy to explain them to others.
  • If you've ever worked with a cash desk system, that's a plus!
