Job Teaser

We are looking for an eager and enthusiastic intern in our Online Marketing / Customer Acquisition team in Berlin to help us double our growth this year. You will directly contribute to scaling existing and finding new channels on a global scale and get hands-on insights into state-of-the-art online marketing techniques. This role could be your kick-starter for a career in Online Marketing with the potential to transition into a full-time role at SumUp.


Job Description

  • Proactively develop ideas for new customer acquisition campaigns together with the Online Marketing team;
  • Help to actively manage individual campaigns on Facebook, Google or other ad networks;
  • Analyze performance data from online campaigns based on reports supplied by Business Intelligence;
  • Coordinate tasks with supporting teams from Design, Product or Business Intelligence;
  • Support the launch of new markets in creating new ad accounts, performance tracking setup and new campaigns.



  • Final year bachelor’s or master’s degree student or recently graduated in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, or in an Engineering discipline;
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people from different teams and backgrounds;
  • Quick learner and high affinity to working with software tools of any kind;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Preferably native speaker of English, French or Italian;
  • Availability for at least 12 weeks.
