To be the next SumUp Support Agent in Brazil, you need :

  1. Have excellent communication skills (oral and written) - write and speak very well our native language!
  2. Experience of at least 1 year and a half with customer service.
  3. To love, really! To help people - to energize themselves when solving the problems of others.
