What you’ll be working on:

  • Helping to build a regional team, by being a lead that is ready to roll up their sleeves and make real difference in the Asian market, from India to the Philippines to South Korea and Japan — some of the biggest markets in the world.

  • You'll empathise with our customers’ problems, develop impactful solutions and measure results. Our small teams working on big challenges bearing full ownership over the customer journey.

 

Must Have:

  • Tech
    • Knowledge of back-end MVC framework(s) in Java
    • Solid knowledge of Java 8
    • Experience with standalone java applications, preferably using frameworks such as Spring Boot"?
    • Experience working with SQL databases, query optimization and designing schemas.
    • Experience using test driven development, clear understanding of test coverage best practices and test pyramid concept.
    • Experience using Agile development methodologies, preferably Scrum
    • Experience using database abstraction layers like Hibernate.

 

  • Mindset
    • Passionate about technology, product and user experience.
    • Ability to help your team work independently, identify problems that need to be solved, and implement solutions to them
    • Broad understanding of the concept of minimum viable product
    • You put the customer at the heart of everything you do and that empathy drives every decision you make.
