Shape the future of eCommerce in the German Live Entertainment industry with high-tech, disruptive ticketing solution.

To accelerate the growth of our innovative white-label ticketing solution and high quality services in Germany we are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager. You will be part of an energetic sales team who takes accountability for the set up and expansion of white-label ticketing into the German market and make sure that all (new) clients will get the full service which Paylogic is known for. You will review with the organization about which tools and services are needed from Paylogic to achieve the goals of the event, like; selling an event or building visitors profiles which eventually will be used for online marketing activities.

About this role

The ideal candidate for this job is a sales minded person with a strong drive, who is eager to take on small and big challenges. Therefore, 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales is required, preferably accompanied with a network within the event industry. Being successful in the field of ticketing and events  is like a second nature to you. You will one of the ambassador of the Paylogic brand across Germany and you will act proactively in finding new customers, expanding our network and maintaining relations with current clients and partners.

Furthermore, you are an enthusiastic networker who adapts easily, who is a good and worthy interlocutor for all parties and knows how to convince event holders to collaborate with Paylogic. You are proactive and know how to convert leads and opportunities into success. Achieving targets gives you extra motivation and keeps you going! With your enthusiasm, perseverance and negotiation skills, you show interest into our customers.

Your responsibilities:

  • Introduce and continually develop the Paylogic brand
  • Explore new opportunities by seeking sales leads for the allocated territory and meet/exceed sales goals
  • Support the deal process from due diligence and relationship-building, all the way through post-contract signing integration
  • Developing and managing relationships with (potential) clients, partners, influencers and key stakeholders
  • Propose new ideas to stay ahead of the competition and innovative in the German market

Requirements

  • Experience with (international) sales and setting-up or building an international client base for a fast growing company
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in either the event-, music-, entertainment- or fast developing online business industry
  • Experience with researching markets, potential clients and structuring USP’s and KPI’s in order to develop and maintain an optimal lead portfolio
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • Experience with and/or knowledge of CRM and reporting tools
  • Technology is no stranger to you and you quickly adapt to new technologies and applications
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to excel in a dynamic, intellectual, results-driven environment
  • Personal characteristics include a strong personal drive and a high level of energy, combined with priority and project management skills
