We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to turn our software into easy-to-use products for our clients. UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications, we’d like to meet you.

What you will be doing...

  • Gather and evaluate user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineers, by using tools of analytics, interviews and usability testing 
  • Illustrate design ideas by building wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity mock-ups
  • Provide support and guidance to the teams on UX principles to ensure the teams have a consistent approach in their work
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)

Who you are...

  • Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer
  • Ready to transform complex problems into intuitive solutions
  • Portfolio of design projects
  • Knowledge of design tools (Adobe Creative suite, Sketch, InVision...) and UX analytics tools
  • Experience working closely with developers in an Agile team
  • Team spirit, strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
  • BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field

In your new role- within 90 days, you will:

  • You will learn all the skills necessary to set you up for success, allowing you to make an impact quickly.
  • Review your onboarding plan with your manager and develop an action plan to achieve your goals.
