The Business Engineer will be part of the Professional Services (PS) team based in Amsterdam. PS is a team of specialists with the right level of skills and experience to make sure that our product is implemented successfully for our customers. Our team provides expertise for the delivery of web solutions using Backbase products for browser-based applications and mobile web applications. As Business Engineer, you will report to the Forms Chapter Lead.
As Business Engineer, you’re analyzing and modelling business processes and online web forms to create user friendly, online self-service applications. You will help our clients implement an outside-in (customer-centric) design philosophy and in that process you leverage the Backbase Forms and Portal software to create agile and extremely user friendly self-service applications. Your goal is to mentor our clients to get maximum value out of their Backbase software. You help them to create customer and business value. You’re used to working in complex environments, making pragmatic decisions, meeting deadlines, and you can align various project stakeholders, within the business and IT, to collaborate towards a single goal.
Your profile
You have proven knowledge of and experience working as a Business Engineer. You need to be an excellent communicator and feel comfortable interacting with stakeholders at various levels within an organization in an empathic and considerate way. Organizational and cultural sensitivity are must-haves.
