We're looking for a fintech-minded Project Manager/ People Ops aficionado


  • Lead and coordinate all aspects of assigned projects that provide capabilities to the various lines of business within Arival Bank.
  • Ensure that project deliverables are accurate and completed on time and on budget, as described in the project plan.
  • Work with stakeholders at all levels and inspire others to achieve goals and deliverables through facilitation, effective communication of corporate visions, and ensuring the culture is one in which individual competencies can thrive.
  • Provide effective leadership, guidance and support to designated project staff.
  • Work on projects that may involve process improvement and work redesign, productivity review/staff deployment, and the provision of strategic information to support those processes.
  • Communicates with all levels of staff and management within Arival Bank  to facilitate consensus, consult, negotiate and share information.


  • 2+ years’ work experience in a high-growth dynamic operating environment, with 2+ years in operational and/or technical project management roles
  • 2+ years management experience leading a small team; including recruiting and development of staff or leading/managing a cross functional process in a matrix organization
  • 2+ years of post-college experience managing projects, coordinating teams, and/or other planning-related duties, preferably in fintech and/or startup space 
  • Ability to remain calm and collected in hectic situations, yet assertive when needed
  • You make other’ jobs easier (no matter who they are)
  • You are proactive, not just reactive (you see where hurdles/improvements miles away)
  • You create a positive and open environment
