Together with your colleagues you as internal account manager responsible for performing all tasks of the account desk. All employees must perform various tasks where the desk is responsible. Of course, the senior staff support you in carrying out the work and you work during an on-the-job work integration.

You have a wide range of tasks which include includes:

  • Maintaining relationships with our professional customers (independent asset managers)
  • Measuring customer satisfaction and initiating improvements to increase customer satisfaction
  • Handling of requests / incidents in accordance with the procedures.
  • Supervising change requests and participate in projects as business representative

We seek a broad horizon with specialist knowledge
we expect of you that seeks cooperation with all parts of the organization. You take the freedom to put your good ideas on the table. And the responsibility they actually turn into results.   

Where you will be supported professionally by:

  • HBO level
  • Up to two years of work experience within the financial sector, preferably in a commercial function
  • Affinity with ICT and investments
  • You are stress resistant, proactive and accurate work
  • You are service- and customer-oriented and have a hands on approach
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Dutch and English spoken and written
  • fulltime available
