Job description


As a Cashr Direct Sales & Support employee, you play a double role in the sales and support areas. You are responsible for your own customer portfolio with both new and existing customers.
For new customers, your service mainly consists of advising on the capabilities of the system. You make offers, ensure that ordered goods are delivered on time and plant installation arrangements with our engineers. You have a commercial setting and like to surpass your own results month after month.
Existing customers can always contact you with functional questions about the system. You accurately track your customers' requests and do thorough research if a problem is reported. Both wishes and problems report to the product manager. Per month, you can reach the home for a weekend at home for customer requests.

Job requirements

• MBO + / HBO work and thinking level
• Commercial drive
• Affinity with apps and mobile devices
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with telephone customer contact
• Flexible and cooperative attitude towards other team members
• Service-oriented and enthusiastic
• Excellent Dutch
• Experience with cash register systems is an advantage
