DESCRIPTION

Collect Club is a young, growing company (sports) clubs and associations supports the collection of dues. We are an enthusiastic and motivated team where we have a motivated Customer Success and Support for Employee search. We are active on the Dutch and German markets, and will very soon also offer our services in the UK. 
It's a start position in which you can learn a lot and develop yourself.

Our clients include the directors of the club and the club members. As Assistant Customer Success & Support you are the contact for the club and its members. You find it important to help customers correct and friendly. Customer satisfaction is our very highly valued.

 

Activities:

  • Visiting customers
  • By e-mail and telephone support to our customers
  • Drafting, monitoring and tracking of contracts
  • thinking on the basis of user feedback on system optimization
  • Thinking along with the development of the product
  • Contact Development
  • Along with the clubs work to improve the rate of recovery, including by approaching non-paying members

REQUIREMENTS

  • HBO level;
  • Team player;
  • Customer friendly and service oriented;
  • Excellent command of the Dutch language both spoken and written;
  • good communication skills
  • You are ambitious with a real can-do attitude
