Collect Club is a young, growing company (sports) clubs and associations supports the collection of dues. We are an enthusiastic and motivated team where we have a motivated Customer Success and Support for Employee search. We are active on the Dutch and German markets, and will very soon also offer our services in the UK.

Our clients include the directors of the club and the club members. As Assistant Customer Success & Support you are the contact for the club and its members. You find it important to help customers correct and friendly. Customer satisfaction is our very highly valued.

ClubCollect is a software-as-a-service FinTech company headquartered in Amsterdam.
We help associations, foundations and sports clubs to optimise cash flow by automating fees collection process via iDEAL (Netherlands), SEPA Direct Debit or Payment Cards online.
Clubs using our service report of improved cash flow while eliminating troublesome and time-consuming payment chasing and tracking. Club members receive bills via email, SMS or letter and may choose to pay in full or by optional installments if desired. Club Treasurers take full control over the process and have real-time visibility into the ClubCollect system.
ClubCollect can be used alongside virtually all accounting and sport administration systems such as Sportlink, LISA, All United, Club Webware, and Verenigingenweb Club- assistant.
