ClubCollect is a Dutch FinTech startup that helps sports clubs to improve self-financing and member-growth. The focus is on an innovative SaaS solution, which makes it easier for treasurers and members to pay the membership fees considerably. We do not only rely on the latest solutions in the online payment area, but also offer members and clubs with the help of installment options the possibility to bring more people into the club sport.

 

After a rapid start in the Dutch home market, ClubCollect has also been active in Germany since 2015.

 

For our location in Amsterdam, we are looking for your active support at the next possible time.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Responsible for German support
  • Improve support processes for German customers.
  • By e-mail and phone support for our customers
  • Drawing, controlling and updating contracts
  • Contact non-paying members
  • Thinking on the basis of user feedback on system optimization
