Octopus Pays is a fast-growing digital payment platform based in Singapore and Europe.

We solve the hassle of global multi-currency transfers for high-risk industries and aim to bridge the gap between traditional financial institutions and new-gen fintech platforms.

Our mission is to deliver digital payment solutions across different markets therefore we are looking to expand our Global Sales Team.

The ideal candidate should be ambitious, knowledgeable of different markets and be able to independently build B2B customer relations, successfully sell and cross-sell our products and generate strong revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads via market research, cold calling, attending business networking events, leveraging your existing network for creating new prospects;
  • Proactively maintaining strong and trusted client relationships with key decision-makers;
  • Provide continuous support to prospects and established client network;
  • Manage the communication between the internal team and clients to provide the delivery of services in a timely manner;
  • Monitor general industry trends and be knowledgeable about key competitors;
  • Gain expertise about target client needs and requirements;
  • Cross-selling new group products;
  • Achieve monthly business revenue growth targets;
  • Create regular reports on key account metrics;

Requirements:

  • Understanding about financial services (fintech, banking industry) and e-commerce;
  • 3+ years' of experience in sales, preferably in financial, banking or other cross-border B2B commerce;
  • A solid network of business prospects and newly onboarded clients in the first 90 days;
  •  Willingness to over exceed set sales targets;
