As an EPMO Analyst, you will drive central planning, dependency management and executive reporting. We have an exciting 5-year transformation road-map and we need a PMO superstar to help us deliver it. You will be working across the change organisation and bank. Working with the Programme teams you will be produce the overall transformation plan including outcomes, milestones and dependencies. This will provide transparency of progress and help us to make sure the programme delivers amazing propositions for colleagues and customers.
So what would you be doing?
• Setting standards and gathering information to build a cross bank plan that is recognised by stakeholders and used to report progress• Ensuring plans are accurate and up to date, integrating different plans across related projects or programmes• Consolidating project and programme plans to be presented at Board level• Analysing plans, producing MI and key KPIs and reporting progress• Supporting quarterly and annual planning activity to maintain the strategic plan• Identifying and monitoring project and programme dependencies • Gathering information to create the monthly ExCo pack, using the insights from planning activities and talking to colleagues to communicate progress against the plan• Providing support on the Bank’s PPM tool including user support, data population & quality, feedback forums and data uploads• Driving the lessons learnt framework ensuring that all projects provide lesson and that information is easily accessible and appropriately fed into each new project • Championing best practice – making sure alignment to the Bank PMO best practice• Driving forward continuous improvement, focusing on quality of outputs and driving maturity in change delivery

• Understand the risks associated with your job and what that means for you, Metro Bank and all our stakeholders• Naturally, you will have strong experience as a PMO Analyst • You will have amazing planning experience and skills • We need you to have good analysis skills, with the ability to manipulate and analyse data in Excel and present it confidently• It is important that you have reporting experience at executive level – simple and concise information, pitched at the right level, using graphics and words• You need to be confident in driving out lessons learnt and creative in finding ways to ensure learnings are incorporated through people and processes• In order to exceed in this role, you will have great understanding of change delivery methods (waterfall & agile), including the complexities of project/programme delivery
