WHO ARE YOU?  

You are a strategic and experienced data-driven leader who is ready to lead a Marketing team at a growth-oriented Insurtech. You are a passionate, solution-oriented leader with 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing leadership, having built and implemented new programs and products. You are a high performing marketing strategist who wants to take on a challenging new role leading a dynamic, talented, energetic, results-driven Marketing team.  



WHAT WILL YOU DO AT FOXQUILT AS THE SENIOR DIRECTOR OF MARKETING?  

As the company’s first full-time Senior Director of Marketing, you will be part of the Senior Leadership Team. You will provide insightful analysis and lead the Marketing team while collaborating with leaders across the company. You will have an opportunity to develop and implement the annual Marketing Plan and make strategic and tactical business decisions while leading a team of talented and passionate Marketers, to ensure that we are on track to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals. 

As the Senior Director of Marketing, you will: 

  • Owning the top-of-funnel, generating high quality leads in collaboration with the sales team, ultimately managing CPL, CPA, Average Deal Size and Close Ratios
  • Developing new branding, marketing and conversion strategies; analyzing and optimizing existing programs to deliver new customers to the pipeline as well as to upsell, cross-sell and retain existing customers
  • Setting daily, weekly, monthly and annual target; leading a high-performing Marketing team to deliver on both Marketing and company goals
  • Consistently monitoring and reporting on key success metrics; identifying gaps and proactively seeking solutions
  • Supporting cross-functional teams in sales and technology to ensure customer data flows back into the organization to help build new products and services, drive adoption of current products, and increase customer loyalty
  • Developing and implementing the annual Marketing Plan, updating strategies and tactics appropriately throughout the year
  • Ensuring that all messaging is reviewed, approved, and consistent with Foxquilt’s brand 
  • Reviewing the positioning and value proposition on a regular basis; adapting to market shifts, new competitors, customer opportunities, etc.
  • Leading the rollout of new products and services in new markets from a Marketing perspective
  • Preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and yearly budgets and allocating resources appropriately
  • Monitoring industry trends and conducting market and competitive research and implementing new strategies based on findings
  • Managing a growing team of passionate Marketers and ensuring they have the training, development, and mentoring they need to succeed
  • Assisting with the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of new Marketing team members



WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE OUR SENIOR DIRECTOR OF MARKETING

Education

  • Master’s degree (Business Administration, Marketing or Innovation are preferred)
  • Marketing certifications and/or designations (CM is a bonus)

Experience

  • You have 10+ years of B2B Marketing leadership experience with a strong and working knowledge of digital marketing
  • You’ve shown proven results developing ARR in a fast-paced, innovative market or segment
  • You have experience working across and managing multiple channels, including PR, SEM, SEO, Email, and Partner Marketing
  • You’ve demonstrated strong leadership skills, have managed a growing team before, and have shown the ability to make difficult decisions
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • You are highly observant, detail-oriented and analytical
