We are looking for a prolific, talented and highly motivated content creator; with a passion for storytelling and experience generating and managing different type of content.

The Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for producing a wide range of smart, insightful and helpful content such as ebooks, whitepapers, infographics, blog posts, web copy, press releases, sales tools (like presentations), webinar slides, videos, etc. Other responsibilities will include the management of the social media channels, as well as monitoring the industry to identify content gaps or market needs for content to make sure we are seen by thought leaders by our audience. Our ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge and experience within the financial services industry.

Job Description

  • Providing our target audience with regular, helpful and engaging content that is aligned with their needs and interests and showcases the company’s unique values and insights
  • Write and produce (with help of the design team) high quality content relevant to different target audiences to help drive inbound marketing activities, leads, subscribers, awareness, and/or other important metrics. Examples include blog posts, ebooks, whitepapers, press releases, sales collateral, web content, social media, etc.
  • Quality control and proofread all copy to ensure it is engaging and accurate but also adheres to the firm’s style.
  • Manage projects from concept through delivery, leveraging & recommending external resources as needed
  • Manage content inventory, regularly evaluating existing content for updates or archiving.
  • Showcasing effective industry and media positioning/coverage in an effort to raise the profile and awareness of our work in the industry.
  • Become an expert in capital markets, securitisation, investment in loan receivables, interacting with Business Development and legal teams on regular basis to stay up-to-date on market trends and customer insights.
  • Spot opportunities to communicate stories of interest across our social channels and blogs proactively.
  • Monitor and manage social channels engagement to ensure growth, proper audience targeting, and performance of strategic initiatives.
  • Use  social media profiles to promote content in a targeted manner that builds brand awareness, attracts subscribers, and generates inbound leads.
  • Work closely with digital manager to think up, run and test campaigns generating data for decision making.

Requirements

  • You have at least 5 to 10 years of relevant working experience in one or more for the following fields: PR / communication, content marketing, journalism producing content across content types (web copy, video, eBooks, blogs/ articles, infographics, services/solutions collateral, social media, Email, etc.)
  • In depth knowledge and experience in the financial services industry is essential, experience in capital markets, debt exchange, investment funds and/or securitisation is desireable.
  • You are comfortable with financial jargon and have a basic familiarity with capital markets and fixed income products
  • University degree, business / finance preferred
  • English native speakers or highly proficient English speaker, bilingual candidates English / German preferred
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to create a cohesive narrative is required. Capable of developing highly effective, targeted marketing copy for a variety of audiences and marketing channels
  • Past experience building audiences either online or offline.
