Founded in 2007 by a team of EPM specialists and headquartered in the Netherlands, CXO Solutions has multiple sales offices in Europe and the USA. In order to boost our strong growth in EMEA, we are looking for a Channel Manager, based in Utrecht, The Netherlands.

Your mission:

The Channel Manager will pro-actively enlarge the existing channel network in EMEA. This is a critical role in our strategy. The role is to effectively and systematically cover DACH Region, UK & Nordics, Belgium, France and Spain. Both office-based and occasional travel to new and existing partners. Responsable for the Channel Revenue and the development and execution of acquisition, maintenance and growth initiatives that are directly linked to that Revenue. Close collaboration with the VP’s Sales in the Region and our Marketing Team.

Key responsibilities and accountability:

  • Grow CXO Solution Channel business in EMEA by extending our current network.
  • Connect and commit current partners for deal making
  • Support the partners with a marketing budget and the partner program to increase our share of revenue and continue to developa mutual pipeline.
  • Initiating new activities to strengthen our position within the partner network
  • Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information and feedback to the CEO.

Who we are looking for:

  • High level of energy, self-starter, highly motivated and entrepreneurial type of person.
  • Able to connect, collaborate and gain committment from consulting partners to extend our network to deliver new software sales wins.
  • Proven channel sales track record (> 5 years), ideally from a software environment.
  • Track-record in EPM/CPM systems, BI or Data management is a preference.
  • Someone who is able to learn, are adaptive, articulate and can position the proposition effectively.
