Your playing field is the business side of the business rules in the Business Rules Engine developed by Davinci. The Business Rules Engine is our (technical) solution for managing the business rules of our customers benefit from our SaaS services. The Business Analyst puts together with the customer requirements and is responsible for the functional design and clearly getting the business rules.

The Business Analyst is part of the Business Rules team, which consists of a Functional Manager, an Information Analyst and Developer. The team strives together to the business rules of our customers to fully meet their credit acceptance policies. With knowledge of the credit (mortgage and / or consumer) Business Analyst acts as a sounding board for our clients and other team members in the field of business rules. Further, the work consisting of:

  • translating functional requirements into a functional design;
  • drafting and advising on the functional architecture of the Business Rules Engine;
  • managing and monitoring of functional and technical designs;
  • administer changes to the business rules in the Business Rules Engine;
  • ensuring the up-to-date knowledge in the fields of general standards such as NHG, BKR, NBWO and Cadastre;
  • switching and tuning with the internal and external product owners and developers.


Your analytical capabilities combine like with your "feeling" and knowledge of the field and the needs of our customers in financial services. In addition, your talents come into its own in a flat and informal organization taking personal responsibility is paramount. Furthermore you have:

  • minimum 3 years experience in a similar position, particularly experience (functional) designing and making (impact) analysis;
  • proven knowledge and experience in the field of credit (mortgage and / or consumer);
  • experience working as Agile / Scrum methodology and Agile testing (Exploratory testing);
  • experience working according to Agile / Scrum development methodology;
  • flexible- and a proactive attitude and good communication skills;
  • excellent command of Dutch and English, spoken and written; 
  • at least HBO level.
