Job Description


We are successful and grow! To strengthen our unit Notarial we are looking for a Consultant Supply chain Notary. In this role you will participate in and guide your research and specification, IT integration and implementation projects within the notarial domain. This is what we mainly do on behalf of the Royal Notarial Association (KNB), Electronic Communication Foundation Mortgages (ECH) and various lenders.

Your activities extend to making the best B-to-B process design to the supervision of the implementation of the (ICT) solutions. You go to work and project works together with customers and other stakeholders, including (semi-) government agencies, professional and trade associations, institutions and commercial suppliers. Additionally, you can within Davinci on a team where you can rely on. Furthermore, there you work out:

  • doing research for inconsistencies and opportunities for optimization in the 'chains' / groupings of notaries;
  • conducting and supervising impact analyzes;
  • inventing (functional) solutions and advising the client and partner organizations;
  • supervising construction and IT implementation projects;
  • presenting and communicating the plan and outcome;
  • maintaining relationships operational 'chains' / partnerships. 


You have knowledge of the business processes within the notarial world, combined with affinity with ICT. With your positive attitude, independence and drive, you are able to bring people in your approach and vision and you deliver high quality ICT implementation within the time schedule and budget. Furthermore you have: 

  • at least five years experience in process optimization, preferably within the notariële- or mortgage domain (for example, gained from a software vendor, a lender or a branch initiative to notaries related or similar "chain");
  • ICT affinity (terms such as Web services, XML, XSD, etc. you are not strange);
  • experience with project work according to Prince II and Agile / SCRUM methodology;
  • sense of political relations and interests;
  • good communication skills, both written and spoken;
  • the ability to pressure to go further and have set your priorities very capable;
  • at least HBO level.
