We are a software company with 200 highly qualified employees working from our offices in the Netherlands, Belgium and Slovakia. We are growing! And that is why we seek to strengthen our HR team in Amsterdam. You will be working with all aspects of the HR field: the on- and offboarding of (new) employees, to everything in between. Firstly you will deal with the practical and administrative HR issues, on the other hand you think about it further professionalize and improve our HR policy. As HR Advisor you're right in our organization and report to the HR Manager. Continue your work include include:

  • performing and thinking about the recruitment / employer branding plan;
  • in channeling the on- and offboarding of (new) employees;
  • supervising compliance with HR protocols and procedures;
  • acting as (first) sounding board for employees and managers, including the labor own rules;
  • identifying relevant new / changed labor laws and regulations and keep up to date of internal regulations;
  • supervising and coordinating the annual review process.


You feel like a fish in water in a hands-on organization with little hierarchy. You are to make a real service and are capable priorities and independently started. You are accurate and have an eye for detail, but without losing the overall picture in mind. Furthermore, you recognize yourself in the following: 

  • you have at least 2 years experience in a similar position, preferably within a similar organization;
  • you are good at monitoring procedures and know when adjustments are needed;
  • you need a flexible and hands-on attitude and plan and organize you like best;
  • You have affinity with and knowledge of the latest labor laws and regulations;
  • You have excellent communication skills, both oral and written;
  • You have a bachelor / master degree, for example, Human Resource Management, Law and Human Sciences.
