Role of IT in the world of big banks. Indeed, the bank is now a real IT business. Availability (24/7) service is crucial. What are you going to do?
IT machine is constantly changing. Our processes must continue to facilitate this. New process concepts looming like Scrum, Agile, DevOps and CD. In most cases able to carry out aimed at quickly and properly changes. Important, but how do we ensure that service remains reliable and manageable? How do the Service Management processes in this particular; how to apply the Service Management processes in a DevOps environment?
