We are looking for ambitious Sales Development Representatives to join our Enterprise Sales team in New York (US).


This role comes with the opportunity to progress to a Sales Executive role for the Enterprise Sales
team within 1 year.

Position summary:


You will be focusing on creating new opportunities: you will oversee new business development activities, including prospecting, lead qualification and opportunity generation. You will work closely with Sales Directors, Pre-Sales team, Product Management, and other teams at a global level. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys sales and is looking to enhance their career within a market leading organization.


Responsibilities:


• Identifying customer needs and mapping the right solutions to their needs for both new name and
cross sell opportunities
• Executing calling campaigns to target opportunities within new and existing client base within our
strategic account base.
• Cold calling aligned to whitespace analysis or dormant footprint
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects
• Interacting with other sales and product team members to develop relationship maps, and use case
opportunities through direct account engagement and insight tools
• Working with Global Head of Sales/Marketing/Product to organise campaigns and events
• Schedule appointments and demos for Sales directors
• Using tools and technologies to improve process efficiency and regularly reviewing and updating CRM
• You will be reporting to the Global Head of Sales

Experience needed:


• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Experience working with banking software application analysis, design or implementation.
• Experience in sales development
• Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools: Salesforce, LinkedIn,
Tableau, Microsoft Office

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team
• Capability of understanding customer reals needs
• Strong and professional communication skills written and verbal
• Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently, while achieving production
goals from assigned territory or set of accounts
• Promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables.
• Strong business acumen
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Proactive attitude - anticipating requirements and pro-actively seeking ways to add value for
customers
