About the function
If Employee Service Desk IT you come to work at the department IT Service Desk, a performance division within the company, part of our Infrastructure & Operations IT & Change organization. Our mission is an enthusiastic and satisfied customer, where you make the difference! 

If IT Assistant Service you support the internal users of the IT infrastructure of the Volksbank. Thereby treat your own questions and incidents and register it in an automated system. You are capable of a great part of incoming messages to independently handle and resolve. Where necessary, turn your other experts, where you monitor the progress of the solution and about informing the user. There is room for personal development. A challenging job with lots of variety, where you work with advanced technology. 

Contents of the internship
This internship assisting you come into contact with the latest ICT technologies in the field of office automation and standardized processes (ITIL). In addition, it provides you a unique look behind the scenes of high-quality IT services that work process-oriented and customer satisfaction are key. 

First you get a thorough induction program which allows you to the services of the department, the processes around these services and applications used within the Volksbank. Thus you become enabled many incidents and questions common to the phone and chat directly solve. Additionally, you'll be coached in customer-oriented acting and conversation.
