Your tasks:
- You will be in charge of our social media presence across all platforms
- You will communicate with customers via Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc. and provide appropriate responses to each type of customer without losing sight of our CI
- You will be responsible for monitoring our app stores
- You will create reports on the performance of our social media and optimize our channels based on this analysis

You will have creative ideas and keep your eye on the latest trends to offer new formats and exciting content for our community. In doing so, you will work closely with our marketing team
Your profile and qualifications:
- You have prior work experience as a social media manager in a company, ideally in a regulated industry
- You know how to communicate in a highly regulated environment while taking certain guidelines into account
- You have strong creative skills and are eager to make our product stand out from the rest
- You have excellent communication skills and have worked in an agile, digital company before
- You are fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
