What are you going to do?
Knowledge sharing and communication between the various departments is essential to create an effective and efficient services. The current IT landscape consists mainly of islands of users and different solvent groups creating valuable knowledge and information may be lost. Changes and improvements strokes are needed to build bridges between these 'islands', so that a cross-fertilization in the field of knowledge and information transfer. In other words, a so-called ecosystem of the department and its processes within the IT organization is essential to optimize continuity of service, to ensure proactive and to anticipate potential innovations. For example, by direct processes differently, to create a knowledge platform and / or to bring about a culture change may be one (IT) organization be put down which communicate naturally with each other and work together.

In this thesis gonna departmental explore the possibilities for the aforementioned ecosystem within the IT organization to foundations. How you going to do this, we like to you.
You will be working in the department IT Service Desk (User Services). Within this section you get support from your supervisor and other colleagues. Where possible, you can watch projects, meetings and other activities conducted for and by the People's Bank, but also for its brands (SNS, ASN Bank, Regions Bank and BLG Wonen). So you can form a clear picture of the organization and offers the opportunity to explore different (personal) interest.
The supervisor will regularly perform with your progress meetings to evaluate your research and work within the Volksbank and where necessary support. It will be considered school work and activities that you have yet to attend or complete.
There is plenty of room for personal development for their own interests in the form of courses, knowledge sessions and taster days.
