Then you should continue reading because we’re currently seeking a First Level Customer Support Manager who will help us guarantee our customers excellent customer service.

Your tasks:

  • You will work within a team to deliver exceptional first-level support to our customers
  • You will gain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and help make improvements
  • You will work closely with our Head of Customer Support to continuously improve our customer service
  • You will work closely with your team members on a ticket system and find solutions to various situations
  • You will work on projects related to Customer Support or adjacent areas at the request of our stakeholders

Your profile and qualifications:

  • You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in business or IT
  • You have prior experience in a customer support related position
  • You understand how important compliance is and make sure customer support is in line with that
  • You have excellent communication skills and work experience in a corporate environment
  • You are able to inspire those around you with your drive and work ethic
  • You have previous experience working in an agile environment 
  • You are a team player and a good listener
  • You are fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
  • You can work in a highly dynamic environment and are able to prioritize wisely and make adjustments when necessary
  • You have strong organizational and communication skills
