Position: Compliance Manager
Location: USA: Dallas, TX/Santa Ana, CA/Remote in US
Work with the Director of Corporate Compliance and Security in the development, implementation, and administration of the Sphere Compliance and Security Program.
Summary of the role
Support compliance and security leadership in ensuring that all platforms of Sphere Commerce support and enable clients to comply with relevant industry and governmental standards. Act as the SME on Sphere’s compliance and security program to external stakeholders, such as clients and partners. Serve as liaison between clients and Sphere product and technical teams in assuring that solutions provided are consistent with applicable laws, industry standards, guidelines, and Card Brand Operating Rules. Act as liaison between product/technical teams, compliance, and security leadership in assuring new product development adheres to compliance obligations. Work with compliance and security leadership to drive continuous improvement in Sphere payments’ compliance and security operations.
