About the operation
You will be part of the WorkForce Management (WFM) which supports the customer contact center and the shops of the SNS. A small team where you know your analytical skills across the entire width of the WFM process (planning / forecasting / data analysis) can use flexible. 
The WFM department plays an important role in providing input using employees and team leaders in the decisions that they make in their work. It is therefore important that you book well in advance to recognize potential issues, analyzes and communicates with the organization, preferably before the question came. Also in communication with the employee, it is important that you can bring insights on: the 'why' considering here often at least as important as the 'what'. 

You will be responsible for include:
The department is (partly) responsible for ensuring a reliable service to the customer. As part of the WFM team supporting you to this by the occupation of the lines and monitor the stores and by you to use analytical skills to provide the operation of the advice (solicited and unsolicited) that her service level objectives can realize. The customer interest is paramount emphatically. 
You will report to the Head of Department, the Operations Manager, and works closely with team leaders and employees. 

You have:
  • HBO level
  • WFM relevant experience (at least 3 years experience as a planner, forecaster and / or data analyst / reporter
