Your Purpose:
You will work directly with our CEO – Switzerland, and the Group Head of Sales&Marketing in an organization that is investing organically to revolutionize the company building, digital transformation space. You will be responsible for leading the sales development and account management activities in Germany which involves engaging with our existing customers, and developing new prospects to drive growth and position Creative Dock as a key provider of digital transformation services to large corporates in Europe.

In addition to expanding our strong presence in FinTech and InsurTech verticals and building on our growing presence in e-Health you will also be responsible for identifying and developing new verticals where Creative Dock’s unique go-to-market approach for clients can bring clear added-value to customers and expand the Company’s revenues and customer footprint.

About You:

  • You have extensive experience in a senior B2B sales role, preferrably in a Fintech/Insurtech/eHealth or E-commerce company, with an international multicultural environment
  • You are well connected and can demonstrate your ability to open doors and bring in new business opportunities.
  • You have a solutions-oriented mindset, you’re capable of selling a concept/idea and turning it into a reality
  • You thrive on the pressure that comes with delivering new clients and you have a proven track record in meeting and exceeding your targets.
  • You have proven experience in leading a team, you’re an inspiring leader with a strong sense of team focus, keeping spirits high when ordinary thinkers start to panic.
  • You’re open minded and willing to learn and grow, and you have excellent communication skills in written and spoken German and English (French would be a plus).
