That's why we made Fairo. (Powered by Raiffeisen Bank) And now we are looking for a Business Development/Partnerships Manager. 

Your Purpose:

You will be identifying new relevant, high impact partnerships for Fairo in Ukraine, owning the partnership strategy to build brand awareness, territorial presence, and benefits for Fairo customers as we grow in the Ukrainian market 

You will lead deal-making activity for Fairo by striking strategic partnerships to support our growth and product expansion, constantly evaluating & analyzing the existing relationship with our current partners and continuously improving them 

You will also own forecasts and track named strategic partners metrics, communicating and reporting to Fairo’s management team,  progress of ongoing deals and forecast of future opportunities

About You:

  • You live your life in the digital world, you enjoying having your most important services available through one click applications you regularly use on your smart phone and you can visualise the type of partners you would approach
  • You have a minimum of 3 years experience in Business Development / Partnerships teams, driving B2B2C opportunities and exceeding targets, you’re a hunter who enjoys delivering new business and revenues
  • You are highly autonomous, proactive and with your entrpreneurial flair you command a high level of business acumen. 
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills, your natural likeability helps you to open doors and foster long term relationships that increase business opportunities
  • You have proven experience as a high performing Business Developer or Country Manager, preferably with high growth company experience
  • Ideally, you have driven successfully large scale distribution partnerships, engaging with mass-market consumer brands
  • Native in Ukrainian/Russian with fluent English
