Job Description

The function 
as Head of Communications you give leadership to the communications team of about nine employees and reporting to the Business Head of Marketing & Communications. You are responsible for a strong positioning of Regio Bank, both internally and externally. Our priority is to maximize strengthen the identity of Regio Bank. 
You translate the RegioBank strategy to various communication items so as to convey the story and mission of Regio Bank. Here, you play an important role in connecting the internal and external communication and you bring groceries in line so that is expressed consistently with the strategy. You will work closely with various department managers and MT members of Regio Bank.

We ask
  • WO / HBO level
  • Relevant education, experience in strategic but also the tactical level
  • A specialist in the field of communication, proven experience with the use of online social media and storytelling is a must.
  • Demonstrated experience in advising on MT level
  • Current knowledge of content and brand strategy
  • Extensive leadership experience ;, which if you have gained in a retail or "Office" area is a big plus
  • You have natural leadership, decisiveness and initiates reforms, which you do not lose sight of the result.
  • This is a fulltime position in the grid 5x8 - 4x8

About the department 
advises the Communications Department, facilitates, creates and coordinates all communications of Regio Bank. Think of marketing, process communication, internal communication and PR. We organize other meetings for our consultants and put online and offline resources to further improve the RegioBank brand nationally and locally visible. In addition, we develop together with marketers ATL and BTL campaigns. 
In all these activities we put a good mix of communication and we offer accompanying advice.
