Job Description

The function
as Manager Digital Marketing & Sales (team member) you are responsible for the optimum pick up on the digital journey of our prospects and customers, orientation to the conversion. You know how to reach the target of SNS offsite and with the right media / content deployment to provide the digital conversation interpretation which leads to onsite conversions and a positive NPS. You give shape to the digital strategy of SNS and gives the team direction you hook where necessary appropriate partners and keep the ROI of all activities sharp eye. You are a driving force in the realization of a data-driven process within SNS Digital and give concrete shape to the digital personalized customer approach SNS. 

You will be responsible for include:
  • as the team member sending the objectives of the organizational unit SNS Digital (KPIs on sales, service, social class);
  • the drafting and implementation of the digital marketing strategy, with the measure before reaching the digital objectives leads, sales, media effectiveness and NPS;
  • propagating the digital marketing strategy within the organization of SNS and the involvement of other parts of the organization such as marketing, customer service, retail and EDM where appropriate;
  • the strategy and performance of media as SEA, SEO, display, online video and social advertising;
  • the introduction and by translating new and propositions of (ATL) campaigns to the digital channels;
  • coaching and developing the digital marketing & sales team
  • realizing a data-driven personalization approach to prospects and clients of SNS whereby analysis and segmentation, content marketing and micro-conversions are important elements.

We ask
  • an experienced and communicative professional with at least 5 years proven experience in digital marketing, including at least three years in a management role;
  • experience and expertise in the field of digital transformation (data-driven work);
  • experience in the online marketing products / services with a long orientation phase (eg mortgages or holidays.), where content marketing is a key instrument;
  • an experienced professional who is well able to organize in a "complex" organization as SNS support and results to be achieved;
  • experience working with external agencies and media partners;
  • have completed college or university education and ditto working and thinking.
You have a lot of the digital landscape and are up to date in terms of possibilities in the field of digital marketing. You have courage and conviction and a good sense of the various interests within the organization. You have plenty of vigor and conceptual thinking to formulate an effective digital marketing strategy and these perform with the team and improve. You are a team player and can motivate your team to successful performance. You are dates and results driven and always looking for the best results.

About the department
The team 'Digital marketing & sales of SNS is responsible for the online marketing and sales of our checking accounts, savings accounts, insurance and collecting online mortgage leads. The team consists of seven digital motivated professionals, including online marketers, web analysts and marketers content. What the team as a unit is the shared passion for the digital journey that make our customers approach to conversion. The team is under the organizational unit SNS Digital. 

SNS is the fourth major bank in the Netherlands. We are big enough to change anything in the sector and small enough to be decisive and very human. SNS does it differently and wants to be a recognizable another bank. We believe that banking can and should be a lot more normal. We want to offer comprehensive products with tangible benefits for the customer. And no bank language, but clear language. We make banking again surprisingly normal.
