There is a need for a paradigm shift in the way equity and wealth is redistributed, a shift away from government as the main intermediary of redistribution to a focus on the economic relationship between customers and corporations. Think about this, only 4 cents in every dollar of tax revenue comes from taxes on wealth while the ultra wealthy avoid as much as 30% of their tax liability. A better mechanism to redistribute wealth that aligns the incentives of corporates and their customers is an ownership economy on a global scale.

Be part of a team that is redefining marketing in the customer loyalty and rewards sector. The marketing team at Bits of Stock is on the hunt for an experienced Growth Hacker with experience delivering user growth in the mobile space. This will be a data-driven role focused on growth, user acquisition, implementing and optimizing multichannel campaigns, and supporting the US & EU marketing strategy. We are looking for an analytical and data-driven Growth Hacker with an entrepreneurial mindset, looking to impact the world of customer loyalty.

What You'll Do:

  • Grow our active user base!
  • Work with the marketing team to set, track and hit marketing, growth and business KPI's
  • Bring valuable knowledge and experience to help define the business growth strategy
  • Expand and optimize mobile app user base through multichannel paid campaigns
  • SEO/ASO - Support with the development of on-page & off-page SEO and ASO
  • Support and develop in-app growth, social sharing and retention initiatives i.e. referral programs
  • Support organic growth marketing team to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, push, SMS) that drive customer acquisition
  • Gather and analyze user insights inline with marketing and product teams.

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous working experience as a Marketing Growth Hacker for 1-3 years for a tech company. (banking, loyalty & rewarding, investing, or equivalent, highly preferred)
  • Proven track record delivering growth (preferably with mobile applications)
  • Experience managing multimedia paid campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO & ASO factors and key algorithm updates
  • Applicable knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery
  • Hands-on experience with web analytics and A/B testing tools

Tech Stack:

  • Analytic tools: Google Analytics, Firebase, Stem Rush etc
  • Paid tools: Google, Facebook & Instagram etc
  • SEO: Ahrefs, Conductor, SEMrush, Serpstat, Moz etc
  • Automation: Sendgrid, Onesignle, Marketo, Twilio etc
