Job Description

Full Stack Javascript Engineers

Seeking mid and senior full stack JavaScript engineers at a well regarded start-up seeking to make buying or selling a home frictionless. Our client has developed an end-to-end home selling, buying, and financing platform designed to deliver a one-session process. The service yields massive savings for clients, provides transparent education to put them in control of the process. They just completed a Series B funding round.

We’re looking for two Full Stack JavaScript developers that are passionate about providing the best possible user experience. You’ll be helping create innovative solutions in a complicated space. Currently a small team of 11 working on greenfield projects. It’s an Agile environment with two week sprints, but we don’t do process for the sake of process (aka no BS).

The ideal candidate has at least a few years of modern JavaScript dev experience. You don’t have to have specific experience in our stack, but you do have to be excited about learning it. Most days you will spend equal time on the front and back end.

Ideal candidates will be able to come into the Boulder office. Relocation assistance is available for folks looking to move to Colorado!

Why You Might Want to Work Here

  • You’ll work with a driven, experienced and passionate team – one we hope will be the best in your career.

  • We do the right thing, always put the client above our own business interests, value transparency, and seek to have a positive impact on our community.

  • Real estate transactions can be a huge pain, and you can help bring comfort, confidence, and clarity to the process.

  • Many of us are outdoor enthusiasts with love for all the awesome things to do in our wonderful state. We have a powder policy and are climbers, hikers, bikers, runners and skiers.

  • We strive to create a diverse workspace, which includes three female co-founders. We aren’t bros. There’s a good mix of people here with a family-friendly culture.

  • We collaborate well across the entire organization, fully embrace a confidence without attitude/ego policy, and genuinely seek to learn from each other.

  • 1% of our company equity has been donated to charity, and we are looking to build a team of folks that can help us make an impact.

Other Benefits

  • Generous paid leave for new parents, including secondary caregivers.
