Your challenges:

You work in the Dutch Business Services team, which is responsible for the business side of the delivery to our customers. You advise our clients in preparing their business requirements, to ensure that they are in line with the capabilities of our software. As Implementation Consultant you are responsible for the analysis work at one or more of our clients.

Some of your key tasks are:

  • Identification of our customers’ business requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs that serve as input for IT Development.
  • Coordinate solutions with architects and developers.
  • Analyse issues and problems in the delivery of development and come up with solutions and improvements.

Your profile:

  • You have 6-8 years of relevant work experience, preferably at a financial institution, software vendor or consultant for various clients.
  • You possess a diploma at bachelor level or higher. An IT or economically oriented education and/or a Master ‘s degree is a strong plus.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies and project management methodologies, preferably Scrum and Prince2.
  • Knowledge of and experience with the (primary) process of banking and/or insurance companies, and especially the customer service processes in an online environment.
  • You have knowledge of IT architectures in a banking environment.
  • Knowledge of the laws and regulations for the financial sector is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of English is required, both oral and written.
  • You are also willing to (occasionally) travel and work internationally.

  • You are socially strong and a good communicator, both within your project team and with our clients, customer-oriented and able to build relationships with your customers.
  • You have strong analytical skills, have a conceptual level of thinking combined with practical application of solutions to the customer
  • Hands-on, practical and entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Projects have a varying workload so you are flexible.
