Following the growing demand from the market, we are expanding the Delivery team with an  Director of Software Development Delivery

Who you are

This role requires an experienced, enthusiastic, and motivated individual with a proven track record in building and growing strategic relationships with third-party software companies, Technology Partners and distributors.

Your Challenges

  • Responsible for developing and managing the strategic relationships between Five Degrees and its partners
  • Establish and manage a certified partner program that will provide a more scalable and predictable revenue/cost model
  • Drive partner relationships at the executive level, acting as a key resource for Five Degrees Sales and Marketing organization, conducting sales training presentations as needed, and assisting with sales qualification and closing when needed.
  • Effectively communicate products and positioning to partners (executives and sales team members); this will require proficiency with our products and services
  • Understand target partners’ business, political landscape, and articulate how the Five Degrees solutions matches with their interests
  • Produce collateral for the partner channel that can be used by partner sales, executives and others to consistently represent the value of partnership
  • Establish revenue targets and other success metrics of partnerships, monitor and report on progress regularly               
  • Represent Five Degrees at events, partner conferences, and customer visitations

Desired skills

  • Bachelor or University degree
  • The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in sales and strategic leadership roles, ideally in a modern and automated Fintech environment and with a deep understanding of the value of a Partner ecosystem.
  • Significant experience promoting and complex software solutions to channel partners, gained within high pressure sales role or previous channel sales role.
  • Demonstrable track record of over achievement against significant revenue targets, in the context of medium/long sales cycles, and complex situations where the sales process involves external stakeholders and where the end to end solution involves a number of channel partners across a given supply chain
  • High impact, dynamic person, with a record of achieving results individually and through others; an intelligent, strategic thinker with proven ability to execute channel partner/sales plans.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and people leadership capabilities
  • The working environment is international. A solid knowledge of English is therefore required, both oral and written
