Fixico is looking for a passionate and friendly customer success employee for our Belgium team. At Fixico we have an incredible product which was born out of frustration in 2013. Today we are known by our customers for being easy to use, transparent and for saving them a lot of time and money. Fixico is growing every day and we’re on our way to becoming the biggest online car repair platform in Europe.
As a member of our young Belgian customer success team you’ll need to be extremely driven, energetic and willing to go the extra mile to make a sale and at the same time make our customers smile. You're office will be at Fixico HQ in Amsterdam.
What you’ll be doing:
· Greet customers (on the phone, or via live chat).
· Identify customer problems and provide appropriate solutions.
· Check voicemail, chat, and/or electronic queue frequently to identify customers who need service.
· Pro-actively follow up leads and convince customers to book an appointment for their car repair.
· Create/update help tickets to document customer interactions.
· Escalate complex support issues to higher level supervisors/manager.
· Provide information about the Fixico product.
· You're available 2-3 days per week
· You just finished you're bachelors or you're following a Bachelor
· You're fluent in flemish
· You take responsibility for the image of the company.
· You have the ability to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
· Commercially driven and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
· Goal oriented: You are extremely result-driven and passionate about the brand Fixico and the idea of disrupting an old fashioned industry
