For our Service department, we are looking for enterprising, learning service types. You get an essential role in the Service department, making you the highest possible customer satisfaction. You will get the customer right on the line and have an answer on each question. This not only requires knowledge of the banking system, but also understanding and involvement with the (potential) customer. We are looking for intelligent, proactive, integer and enthusiastic people with attention to detail. 

You will receive an intensive training program, with testing moments. Based on this, it is decided how the final selection of new colleagues will look like. In short: a great opportunity for someone with the right effort.


  • You provide customer support via phone, email, chat and face-to-face.

  • You have a minimum HBO work and thinking level.
  • You master the Dutch and English language in word and writing.
  • WFT Base is a pre. Do not you have this certificate? Then we obviously help with this.
  • You are willing to obtain certified training.


  • You are flexibly available during our service window (Monday to Sunday from 8:00 to 22:00).
  • The first months you work 24 to 40 hours, after which you will be able to spend full time.
  • You have excellent commercial and communication skills.
  • You are sincerely involved in the interests of the customer.
  • You are ambitious, customer-friendly and instructive.
