THE FUNCTION

As a Web Analyst, you take part in the agile value team for Knab Insure Growth (the team responsible for recruiting customers) and work closely with a media specialist, content manager, designer, and various developers. Within this team, you will be responsible for reporting, interpreting and advising on the visitor behavior on our platforms as a Web Analyst reporting and dashboards. You see opportunities in the data that help us increase the conversion. You work closely with the Analytics team within Knab and our online marketing agency.

YOUR PROFILE

Knowledge and experience:

  • You have worked with Google Analytics 360 and Google Tag Manager, preferably from both user and technical perspectives.
  • You have experience with A / B testing, conversion optimization and personalization.
  • You have creative ideas in the field of web analytics and improving KPIs.
  • You like to translate data insights into commercial actions.
  • You know what improvements in the data collection you need to implement and how it works, both in apps and web.
  • You know data sets and know how to connect different data.
  • You know through your communication skills to convince people and initiate changes.
  • You have HBO or academic work and thinking level and at least 2 years of work experience.

Competences and skills:

  • You have a commercial setting with an eye for service and customer friendliness.
  • You are proactive and have a can do mentality.
  • You are results-oriented and analytical, you send on KPIs.
  • You are customer oriented, data driven and continuously looking for improvements.
  • You control the Dutch and English language and communicate well.
