Who are we looking for? 
Increasingly accountancy and law firms, as well as companies from other industries, would like to make use of our unique technology. We are looking for someone who will help us to better respond to this market and approach new customers by phone. Often a relationship has already been established by our marketing team.

What are you going to do?

  • You are working as an employee at LegalThings customer contact center
  • The work is mainly focused on outbound phone traffic or leads based on leads generated from our existing database and clientele
  • It is therefore not a cold acquisition, since there is always a reason to approach the customer and the customer has in many cases asked for it.
  • On the other hand, it is actually telephone sales. As a first-rate colleague, you are the person who connects with potential customers and arranges demos of our software with customers.
  • You are an important link between the prospect (s) and our other Sales people.
  • Experience in the telemarketing or in a customer contact center is not necessary, but a pré.

What do you need?

  • You can convince? No; Seduce, and you have (telephone) sales skills
  • You have preferably worked in a similar work environment
  • You are commercially driven, energetic and know how to deal with goals
  • You have continued debt and debt collection
  • You are HBO trained and available between 32 and 40 hours
  • You master the Dutch language in word and writing.
  • You are living in the vicinity of Amsterdam.
  • You are service-oriented and service-oriented.
  • You have a positive attitude
  • You have easy conversation
  • You want to work between young and driven colleagues
  • You're just as keen to build something unique
